Conditions For Rental
Initial Deposit to secure Jade for your desired period of stay is 30% of the rental price, which is to be paid on booking. The Balance will then be due no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. Late bookings will lead to this condition being re-negotiated. A breakages deposit of £100 will be required for rental of Jade, again payable 8 weeks prior to departure. This refundable deposit will be returned once my maintenance team have confirmed that there is no damaged to the apartment. If you decide to cancel the booking up to 4 weeks prior to departure then a full refund will be given. Cancellations within the 4 week period leading up to departure will result in a 50% refund only.
